Mireille Talsma joined us in 2022 as a consultant and works in the Luxembourg office while supporting the office in Hamburg as well.
She has more than 20 years’ experience in executive search. She started her career at AIMS International Luxembourg as a researcher and worked her way up to managing entire recruitment projects. She specializes in the General Industry, SMEs and the public services sector.
Before joining Marliere & Gerstlauer Executive Search, she was eager to get a deeper view into the business processes of a corporate company and she lead a Talent Acquisition team across multiple locations. This experience helped her to better understand, identify and align executive and specialized talent.
Mireille also lived as an expat in the US for 3 years and worked as an independent headhunter for US and international clients during that time.
She is fluent in 5 languages, which are German, English, French, Dutch and Luxembourgish.
