Jean-François Marlière is a founding partner of Marlière & Gerstlauer Executive Search. With more than seventeen years of experience in the field of executive recruitment, his expertise is focused on the search for top-level financial executives.
Jean-François began his career with Ecotec Fund Management Ltd (Birmingham, U.K.) as a private equity fund analyst.
In 1997, he became part of Korn/Ferry International in Brussels, initially working in technology markets, then three years later joining the Korn/Ferry office in Luxemburg and dedicating himself to the financial sector.
At the end of 2010 Jean-François and Matthias Gerstlauer started up Marlière & Gerstlauer executive search, which developed extremely well over the past years in Luxembourg and since 2014 also in Hamburg (D).
Endowed with vast experience when researching international profiles, Jean-François specialises in asset management, investment funds, private banking and other finance-related roles.
Jean-François holds a Master's Degree in Economics (Business and Management Engineer) from the Catholic University of Louvain (UCL Mons) in Belgium.
